Frank Swiatek is a speaker, coach, and consultant in the areas of leadership, management, sales, and marketing. He has conducted over 3450 sessions for organizations throughout the United States and Canada.

He has been presenting to professionals, managers and senior executives for over 30 years.

In addition to running his own firm in WNY, he is also the Executive-in-Residence at the Canisius Center for Professional Development.

He has served as a seminar leader for Learning Dynamics (Boston, MA) and the Waterloo Management Education Centre (Canada) for over 12 years. He has received the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association.

He has conducted sessions for organizations like General Electric, US Army, US Navy, Verizon Wireless, Dival Safety, Comcast Communications, Baskin-Robins, Boston Scientific, Amtrak, Rich Products, Qwest Communications, Deloitte & Touche, Ford Motor Company, and Lays Potato Chips, Canisius College and Princeton University.

Frank has worked for over 25 Fortune 500 companies. In addition he has worked with numerous small businesses, government entities and not-for- profit institutions.

Frank has co-authored a book, with Denny Strigl, the legendary former President and CEO of Verizon Wireless. The book is entitled, "Managers, can you hear me now?" – Hard-Hitting Lessons on How to Get Real Results! It was published by McGraw-Hill and is available in over 40 countries. Publishing rights have been purchased by S. Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, India and Russia.

He has served on the Board of Regents at Canisius College and is an accredited speaker for Vistage, the world’s largest CEO organization.
